We ship everywhere in North America. For an additional charge, we offer overnight delivery to certain locations. 

Standard shipping takes about 5 to 7 business days during the regular season. In December and June, shipping times may take longer. Shipping fees may apply depending on the order.

We track all orders from the moment they leave our shop. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll locate it for you. If the order can’t be rerouted to you within 24 hours, we’ll refund the shipping charges.

Items are eligible for return within 14 days of their delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, and they must be unwashed and unworn. Of course, if an item arrives in a damaged state, notify us immediately. You will send it back to us, and you will be refunded all credit for the full cost of the item.

Contact us for any return, and we will send a shipping label for that specific product. Simply repackage the item, affix the label you returned in its original package and send it back to us.

Gifts must be accompanied by a gift receipt in order to be eligible for a credit. You are eligible to buy something else for the same price on the store's website. Any extra charges may apply if you get something that is not of equal value. Note that gifts can be returned within 15 days of the purchase date.
